HyperVRE Software Review

HyperVRE Software ReviewHyperVRE is software that creates keyword based niche content websites that generate passive affiliate income streams for its owners.

Matt Callen designed HyperVRE, which means “Hyper Virtual Real Estate,” for newbies and experienced — but busy Internet marketers.

Internet marketing guru John Reese coined the term “Virtual Real Estate.” It’s a comparison to staking a claim to land back in America’s early days. Those who got apiece early became wealthy. Here is the same opportunity today, but in the cyber world via building niche topic websites and the early birds are locking in their positions now before the masses catch on.

Newbies will love the fact that this software is easy to use. They don’t need to know any difficult to understand web-programming language. It eliminates the time consuming manual labor normally required to build profitable niche websites.

It includes a built-in keyword suggestion tool. By typing in a main keyword, this tool searches for related keywords to create targeted keyword rich content web pages that search engines and people like.

Having relevant content on websites is important to give visitors what they want and to rank better in the search engines. Many newbies and experience affiliate marketers understand this but just don’t have the time or desire to write article content to grow their websites. Matt’s software solves this dilemma by searching the web to find free to reprint targeted keyword rich articles and then creates individual web pages from these articles.

Users can also import their PLR – Private Label Rights membership articles or manually enter articles written by themselves or by hired ghostwriters.

Experienced Internet or affiliate marketers will appreciate the way this application automatically integrates commission-paying links from Amazon, ClickBank and PayDotCom into surrounding content via “contextual ad links.” When visitors move their mouse over underlined keywords within articles, popup ads will appear that contain their affiliate link to a related commission-paying product.

Users can play with the Affiliate Product Selection tool and find the keyword related products from within these affiliate networks.

For people addicted to the passive income generating power of Google Adsense Ads, Matt developed his software to include them on strategic sections of each web page that gets high click thru rates.

With this website generating application, there isn’t a need to purchase anything else. It includes a set of web page templates to make sites look unique. Users who want extra customization only need to do a minimum amount of tweaking.

With this website generator, there are no monthly subscription fees to pay to continue using it. The current total price is $167, which includes free updates and a private forum to exchange tips, stories, request new features and get general support.

Its license allows users to build an unlimited number of websites, either large or small without any additional costs.

This HyperVRE has the potential of drastically reducing the time and effort it would normally take for online entrepreneurs to create a market niche dominating virtual real estate empire.

How To Double Your ClickBank Earnings

How To Double Your ClickBank EarningsClickbank is one of the largest digital information product based affiliate networks. As an interent marketer you either have a product listed at Clickbank, where other affiliates are promoting it for you. Or you are the affiliate marketing the information product. Anyway the following tips are going to help you double your clickbank affiliate profits.

The Money Is In Email List

Clickbank now provides you with the names and email addresses of the people that have purchased a clickbank product from you whether you’re the owner of the product sold or an affiliate. Any business owner knows that it’s much easier to sell to an existing customer than it is a new one. So now that you have the contact information of the customers that just bought a clickbank product from you, just send them a quick note:

Dear Customer’s Name,

Thanks for purchasing "name of the ebook".
I feel confident you’ll enjoy it. I was wondering if you would mind
if I just keep in touch with you from time to time to see how you’re
doing with that ebook and just to share free tips and advice related
to "the subject of whatever the ebook is".

If that’s cool with you, can you just email at: MyAutoResponder@MySite.com
so you can be added to my list. It’s just easier for me to manage so
I don’t forget to send you those helpful tips. Don’t worry I won’t be
spamming you with nonsense. I hate that crap too.

I hope to stay in contact with you.

Thanks again for buying "name of ebook". Let me know if you need
anything else.

Sincerely,
Your Name
YourSqueezePage.com.

The most important thing is that you’re thanking the customer for buying the product you’ve created or promoted. People appreciate things like that.

Next you’ve asked to keep in touch with the customer and provide free tips and advice related to what they’ve already bought. This is basically just asking them to join your mailing list. Asking them in this way will increase the likelihood of them joining your list and you won’t risk losing your clickbank account for spam.

Double Your Clickbank or Affiliate Earnings

The following steps are assuming that the customer has responded well to your thank you email and is now on your list.

Step 1. Get an autoresponder and Set up a series of autoresponder messages. The first one should be a thank you message from you just reminding the customer that you’re happy they bought "the name of the ebook" and that you’ll be sending them tips and other related information about the topic of the ebook.

Step 2. Create some useful articles or tips related to the ebook and send them over in a week or two. This will give the customer the time to read the ebook.
Don’t go for the kill yet. It’s important you deliver on your original promise of just providing them with some free tips and information. You’re building a relationship of trust with the customer.

Step 3. Find related lead based affiliate products and services to the original ebook you sold them. Create emails around these lead based offers and send them after your free non promotional tips and articles created in step 2. The great thing about lead based programs is that your customer don’t actually have to buy anything for you to get paid. They’re merely filling out a form to get information or a product already related to what they purchased an ebook on. This makes you look great to the customer. Now you could stop right here if you wanted to and continue to repeat that step.

Step 4. Find another set of related sale based affiliate programs and products. Create emails around these offers and send them out. At this point you’ve built up a trust with your subscriber and they don’t see you as a sales person. They see you as someone that cares about them because you’ve sent them all this free information in the last several days or weeks depending on how you space out the emails. Now they’re inclined to trust you and buy the things you have recommended.

Automated Residual Cash!

This is basically a process that becomes automated after your initial thank you email. As your list gets bigger and you add more messages to your autoresponder, an initial sale of a few bucks can literally double and triple over the course of days, weeks, months and years. That one sale now becomes residual income. That’s how you double your clickbank profits. Honestly this technique can be used for an affiliate network you’re part of as long as they give you access to the list of people who converted from your affiliate links.

Time Management to Successful Affiliate Marketer

Time Management to Successful Affiliate MarketerThere are a few reasons why so many affiliate marketers failed. There seems to be a lack of understanding about time management and personal investment. Any successful marketer will tell you it takes a lot of hard work and dedication before seeing any real, steady traffic. The sad thing is that there are numerous affiliate programs that try to encourage people to join their programs to get rich quick!

Affiliate marketing is about personally investment and firm commitment to do whatever it takes to make the affiliates websites work. There are many everyday jobs that are boring and routine, but need to be done. There are no shortcuts to using any marketing methods effectively. Sometimes, marketers are not able to generate traffic to their websites. They try, but no traffic is being generated for them. It means that their marketing method probably does not work. In this case, affiliate marketers need to slow down and take the time to analyze any problems taking place in their campaigns, and then fix them. Good affiliate marketers will be trained from their mistakes and move on instead of giving up.

Affiliate marketer is in need of effective time management to do what needs to be done. Sometimes affiliate marketers weaken energy and lose time doing non-productive things. If you know where you are going and what you want to achieve as affiliate marketer your time management become easier to maintain. To start your time management process try to divide your jobs and tasks into four major parts.

Urgent / Important

This part is obviously the one that should be done immediately. Anything that falls into this category should be done as soon as possible.

Not Urgent / Important

This is a healthy place to put down jobs that need to be done and you have enough time needed for this job. This category should always have some important things on the go and your goal is to get them done before they will go to the 'Urgent / Important' part.

Urgent / Not Important

This is things that are not that important but if to be done have to be done now. These could include an offer you get from someone saying buy now I’ll give you 50% off your web hosting, something you want to signup for that is expiring soon etc… Things that if they were not done would not be the end of the world but they are time bound.

Not Urgent / Not Important

Sadly, this is where most of us spend most of our time. It is easy to start surfing around the net, checking message boards, stats, checking to see if you made an affiliate commission etc… These are not important things and they do not have to be done to achieve your mission in life. Get your priorities straight.

That’s a quick affiliate marketer time management guide. If you write out your things to do and put them in according parts you will see how much more manageable your day will be and hopefully how much more productive it will be for you too.
